On June 28, 2023, the Copyright Royalty Judges announced final regulations for statutory licenses that set the rates and terms for use of certain musical works in connection with noncommercial broadcasting in the Public Broadcasting IV proceeding for the period from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2027. New rates are adjusted to fit the current scope and conditions of the economy and media landscape. For more information, click here.
