On September 27, 2012, the U.S. Copyright Office’s Licensing Division, introduced an online cable royalty statement of account system. This system allows the Licensing Division and copyright holders to use webMethods software to test the filing of cable royalty statements of account. Many have tested the validity of the new system’s design and performance; however, the Licensing Division requests more feedback.
