The Copyright Royalty Board requires claimants to file claims to royalty fees online in eCRB at https://app.crb.gov.

Claims filers who have not accessed their eCRB accounts since January 20, 2021, will need to set up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) the next time they log in.

Claims filers who do not have an eCRB user account must register for an account well before the deadline. To register for an account: https://app.crb.gov/register/index.

The Copyright Royalty Board requires online filing of claims to Cable and Satellite royalty fees. Online filing is available only during the filing period. While the filing window is open during the month of July each year, the filing period for 2022 Cable and Satellite Royalty claims is July 3, 2023, through July 31, 2023.
